Optimization for high Real Estate keywords

Sooke Real Estate is a brand new website, they had a low budget to launch a new website giving information about real estate and realtors in Sooke on Vancouver Island. As one of BC’s fastest growing communities, Sooke Real Estate is searched over 2,000 times a month. The goal was to organically rank Sooke Real Estate website to attract these searches without relying on Pay-Per-Click.

Within 6 months we optimized this basic website to appear on page 1 for all related search terms and even 2nd for “Sooke Real Estate”.

We also created the branding and logo concepts. The current website will undergo a full redevelopment in 2019, but continuous optimization will continue in 2018.
